Love Columbia provides housing coaching to help neighbors find and secure housing. This could include finding temporary or transitional housing, creating a path to secure permanent housing, or finding better housing.

Housing coaching may include:

  • rental housing search

  • assistance with housing applications

  • tenant training classes (RentWell)

  • pre-homeownership classes

  • first-time homebuyer classes

Program participants may also receive strategic financial assistance or items from our essentials closet.
